I now have a regular supply of beautiful Australian merino rovings. My new stock of 20.5mic merino has just arrived and I am very happy with them, beautiful to dye, spin and felt with, even knit unspun. I will be transitioning over from the 20.4mic rovings as stock levels drop.
 
All my handpainted rovings weigh 100gms
 
They are such great fun to spin or felt with or maybe you have other ideas.
 
Needle felters love them, having many colours within the one roving.
 
Rovings can also be split into thin pencil rovings and knitted without spinning;
see the pictures in the gallery and my instruction page.
 
As with all handpainted items they are unique and therefore even in the same colourway there may be slight variations.
